Sometimes latest versions of the software can cause issues when installed on older devices or devices running an older version of the operating system.

Software makers usually fix these issues but it can take them some time. What you can do in the meantime is to download and install an older version of HDRtist 2.1.

What's new in this version:

- Can now be used as an "External Editor" in Apple's Photos application

- Improved the "Magic" extra, newer processing coupled with combined filters
- Improved the color throughout the program
- Improved the consistency with "Add to Photos" across different macOS versions
- Now provides a warning when dragging in files from Photos and the image size is that of a thumbnail
- Workaround to show file icons for image stored in Apple's Photos on macOS 10.14
- Replaced a section of our HDR generator to help with larger images

Fixed:
- Fixed an exception that could occur when selecting a white balance point, and no where near the window
- Fixed a NOE exception on save
- Clickable activation links now work more consistently
- Panoramic images now show their tiles correctly in the HDR options
- Fixed the application icon showing up tiny in the About Box
- Alignment failure no longer produces multiple error dialogs
- Fixed a bug where flipped export sizes could be incorrect
