TradingView can be accessed from three distinct platforms – directly from the web browser, via a standalone Mac app, and on iOS/Android via touch-friendly apps. Developers of this platform do not care if the users are active on the markets and make trades. Instead, they are solely focused on providing excellent market analysis tools, social tools that promote easy sharing of ideas, and tools for in-depth customization of charts and other listing services.
TradingView for macOS does not take a commission on trades or has any other hidden fees, and instead is gathering funding from fixed monthly subscriptions.
