Monosnap for Mac

Monosnap for Mac

  -  Demo
Monosnap for Mac makes it easy for users to capture images of their screen, record video of their screen, take selfies with a webcam, and edit pictures.

Contemporary Interface

It is quite simple to perform the installation. After it is over, a simple interface is launched on the screen. An icon will be seen in the system tray, and a little pop-up window comes up too. Whether you’re a novice or expert, you should find it simple enough to use the app.

Capture Screen Images

Monosnap for macOS lets you capture images of a selected portion of the screen or the whole screen. Afterwards, you can edit the image in the integrated photo editor, which lets you insert arrows, crop images, resize images, add ellipses, add lines, add rectangles, add text, add blur, add highlight, and use a pen. After the image is enhanced and edited, it can be saved in JPG or PNG format on your hard drive.

Desktop Video Recording

Video record a selected portion of your screen and/or include a webcam feed. You can add rectangles, arrows, ellipses, or lines to assist in whatever it is you’re saying. After the recording is done, the video can be previewed, saved in MP4 format, and uploaded to YouTube.

If you have a web camera, you can use it to take pictures of yourself. Then you can export them to JPG or PNG format with this program. The settings panel lets you alter the keyboard shortcuts, see hints, and reveal the magnifier.

How to Use

Capture a Screenshot:
  • Launch this tool and select the type of capture (full screen, window, or area).
  • Use the cursor to select the desired capture area.
  • The captured image will open in the editing window, where you can add annotations or save the image.
Record a Video:
  • Select the video recording option from the app toolbar.
  • Choose whether to record the entire screen, a specific window, or a selected area.
  • Adjust the settings for resolution, frame rate, and audio input.
  • Start recording. When finished, stop the recording, and the video will be saved in the designated folder.
Annotate an Image:
  • After capturing a screenshot, use the annotation tools to add arrows, text, shapes, or blur out sensitive information.
  • Save the annotated image to your computer or upload it directly to the cloud.
Share Captures:
  • It allows users to share their captures via direct link, email, or social media.
  • Files can be uploaded to cloud services, FTP servers, or Monosnap’s own cloud storage.
