Sometimes latest versions of the software can cause issues when installed on older devices or devices running an older version of the operating system. Software makers usually fix these issues but it can take them some time. What you can do in the meantime is to download and install an older version of ProPresenter 7.13.1.

What's new in this version:

Improved:
- Downloads Manager – ProContent Downloads now appear in a Downloads Manager accessed from the Toolbar where the status of downloads can be viewed and in progress downloads can also be cancelled.
- ProContent Download Status Overlays – When downloading files from ProContent, cues now show dynamic download progress and preview thumbnails while the download is in progress. Should the media go missing from disk, ProContent media can be re-downloaded right from the cue.
- Re-Trigger Modifications – Media Actions and Media slide objects can now be more meticulously defined in how they can be re-triggered. This setting includes options for Automatic (media re-trigger is dependent on configuration), Always (media is re-triggered regardless of configuration), and Never (media is never re-triggered regardless of configuration).

Fixed:
- an issue where a glow would appear behind semi-transparent media with Alpha
- an issue where displaying Media with Alpha over a Video Input would appear more transparent than expected
- an issue where Media Slide Objects were not remaining in the same position when switching from Scale to Fit to Custom Scale, resulting in the Media being stretched
- an issue where Linked Text Timers using Scrolling Text would sometimes produce a flicker when rotated
- an issue where the first bullet in a List on an Alt-Theme was appearing black after restarting the application
- an issue where adding a Media Action to a slide would not allow user to undo any actions to a Presentation made afterward
- an issue where the leading zero on a Timer was being removed incorrectly
- an issue where the playhead of a Media would become undraggable if the Media was previously cleared while also scrubbing the Media
- an issue where the Inspector for an Audio or Media Action on a Timeline would not open to the correct file
- an issue where pasting a text style from the Edit Menu would apply the text style to all text instead of just the highlighted text
- an issue where renaming a Playlist Header from the Show View would not update the Header name in the Playlist Detail View
- an issue where Web Fills on Slide Objects were not maintaining their transparency
- an issue where the In and Out Point icons were being shown in the Properties tab of the Inspector for an image
- an issue where slide objects with Visibility options configured in a Theme would cause objects to flash in a Presentation with that Theme applied
- an issue where Planning Center Playlists would sometimes be deleted once a user was prompted to login after their OAuth token had expired
- an issue where Media added to Masks would not save an Effect when applied after restart
- an issue where text in a Presentation was not visible in the Table View after application relaunch
- an issue where some text with a stroke enabled would show artifacts on the characters when the slide had a Build In by Bullet or Underline applied
- an issue where playback of slides in a slideshow containing Web Fill Objects would lock up triggering after an extended amount of time
- an issue where using the API command to trigger a slide in a focused Presentation in a Playlist was returning a 404 error
- an issue where thumbnails for slides with Media Actions were not rendering on ProRemote
- an issue where the last cue in a Timeline would sometimes be triggered upon the initial configuration of a timecode input
- an issue where the application would sometimes hang or become unresponsive in the process of dragging and dropping
- a crash caused by showing a Timer via a Linked Text Object on a slide
- a crash caused by dragging the In and Out points for a video right next to each other in the Media Inspector
- a crash caused by entering a large value number into the Stroke Width field for text in the Editor
- a crash caused by attempting to set a negative width or height for a Screen
- various other crashes and issues not outlined here
