Sometimes latest versions of the software can cause issues when installed on older devices or devices running an older version of the operating system.

Software makers usually fix these issues but it can take them some time. What you can do in the meantime is to download and install an older version of Network Radar 2.4.

What's new in this version:

New:
- A graph has been added to the Ping tool
- Scan speed has been improved. (Up to 4x, depending on your network)
- The Portscanner is can now be much faster, especially if you scan multiple hosts at once
- The name of a port can be customised in the advanced preferences
- Port results of the Portscanner can now be copied
- Items for Host settings and information have been added to the host menu
- The names of the images are now much clearer and long names are displayed better
- You can now start a network tool even if the Host's Scan is being refreshed
- Refreshing a Scan can now be stopped without delay
- The Ping tool now waits until the last ping times out or responds
- The maximum value for the Portscanner is now 65535. (FFFFhex )

Fixed:
- A long list of open ports in the Host information was partly hidden
- Changing a network's IP range was sometimes unnoticed by Network Radar which resulted in wrong scan results
- Choosing 'Edit Smart Folder…' from the contextual menu on the sidebar did not always work
- Clearing multiple ports in the Portscanner list only cleared one of the entries in the list
- Copying log entries could result in a crash
- Importing a Custom Scan added this Scan to the Network section until Network Radar was restarted
- In some cases the monitoring did stop after a refresh of the Scan
- In some networks IPv6 addresses were unexpectedly removed
- In some networks the displayed default gateway IP address did change unexpectedly during a scan
- It was possible to open multiple preference windows
- Sometimes Hosts that are being monitored did not appear on the Monitoring List
- Sometimes the Monitoring List did not appear in the sidebar
- Sometimes the export menu item was grey
- The app could be trapped in a state where n more scans could be started
- The list of ports in the advanced preferences could be empty
- The router image was not being displayed for Hosts that are of type default gateway
- The share button was not being displayed correctly
- The vendor column was not resizable
