What's new in this version:

- PDF files now have thumbnails and closeup images (taken from 1:st page)
- Files can now be ordered by creation date
- Thumbnails can now also display creation date within jAlbum's Explore view
- jAlbum now generates theme images in any output format, not just JPEG

Fixed:
- Windows image reader would leave open file locks, preventing file deletions (since 39.3)
- Fixed intermittent delay when viewing images full screen on Mac (using OpenGL pipeline now)
- Fixed potential crash issue in Mac image reader (when reading broken/empty images)
- Fixed rare freeze issue when using the Mac file chooser
- Lifeboat creation wasn't working properly with views
- Adding files with "Replace" option chosen wasn't respected
- Pasting keywords using Keywords extension didn't also update keyword list
- Switching to another folder while editing a title/comment would cause edit to be ignored
- Developers: Fixed incorrect value for "closeupPath" variable for some non-image file types. See new "universalCloseupPath" skin property
- Fixed issue with theme image not being generated for the root level of a view if view had an attached representing image
