Improvements:
- Optimized for macOS 10.14 Mojave

- Cursor tools no longer reset to pointer when changing Settings window tabs
- White balance dropper sample size is now always reflected in pixel values displayed in toolbar
- Moved to modern Apple developer tools and system libraries. The minimum system requirements are now Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) or later
- JPEG export libraries updated to new version (libjpeg-turbo 2.0.0)
- PNG export libraries updated (libpng 1.6.35)
- Updated to latest OpenEXR v2.3.0 libraries

Bug Fixes:
- HEIC/HEIF image export option now available under macOS 10.14 Mojave. The name of this Apple export component has changed to HEIC with macOS 10.14 from HEIF on macOS 10.13
- Fixed issue with some of Fujifilm's new "D RANGE PRIORITY" modes for RAF images from the X-T3 and X-H1
- Fixed RAW support for the Fujifilm S5 Pro and S3 Pro models
- Fixed default Leica D-Lux 2 color matrix information that could cause error messages when adjusting color temperature slider
