Sometimes latest versions of the software can cause issues when installed on older devices or devices running an older version of the operating system.

Software makers usually fix these issues but it can take them some time. What you can do in the meantime is to download and install an older version of Capture One 16.8.4.

What's new in this version:

Multi-User Sessions:
Album syncing:
- Collaborators working in a Multi-User Session can now add and remove images in Albums, with those changes syncing back to the host and every other collaborator. Previously, only Smart Albums stayed in sync across everyone in a Session, so manual Album changes could quietly fall out of sync.

Improved mask syncing:
- Your masks now stay in sync across host and collaborator machines, without the false mismatch warnings that could appear before

Actions:
Batch Import:
- Create multiple Actions for a Connector at once with Batch Import. Batch Import reads the specifications you've already set up in the connected service and creates a matching Action for each one, so you don't have to build them one by one. It's available for Connectors where specifications are defined in the service itself. To Batch Import, open the Create Action menu, click the drop-down arrow, select Batch Import, then choose the service and the specifications to import.

Sorting:
- Sorting organizes your Actions list by newest, oldest, or alphabetical order, making it easier to find the one you're looking for
