What's new in this version:

- Fixed a crash with "stacked" operations, such as quickly changing directory after making a new connection
- S3: We now support creation of buckets on European S3 servers, which is likely both faster and cheaper for European users
- S3: Transmit now uses the REST interface, rather than the deprecated SOAP interface
- S3: Fixed a bug that prevented S3 folder creation on Panther (10.3) systems
- FTP-SSL: If SSLv23 connection fails, Transmit will fall back to TLSv1
- Transmit no longer always uploads in binary mode on certain configurations of ProFTPD
- Files in list view are now deselected when changing directories to prevent accidental renaming
- Transmit now correctly reports an error when downloading a file that already exists and the file belongs to another user/group
- DockSend now works with favorites that "prompt for password"
- Fixed bug which could cause the Dashboard widget to never stop animating after an upload
- Copying the URLs of a multiple item remote selection to the clipboard no longer copies just a single item
- Fixed a bug that caused Transmit not to connect to favorites invoked from Spotlight
- Fixed a problem where WebDAV droplets and Automator actions would not terminate after uploading certain files
- Fixed a problem that sometimes caused deleted folders not to get removed from the UI
- Fixed a problem when "show exact file sizes" is on, the overwrite sheet would display remote size in the local field
- Fixed problem with incorrect file sizes being displayed in some cases after a resumed upload.
- Fixed a possible exception in .Mac syncing when merging new favorites
- Fixed a bug that could lead to a remote file being incorrectly deleted during an Upload Mirror Sync under very specific conditions
- WebDAV: Fixed an incorrect error message that could appear after canceling a file rename operation
- SFTP: Now updates progress bar when uploaded bytes are acknowledged rather than sent, for a more accurate representation of transfer progress.
- S3: Get Info dialog's "Apply" button is disabled for folders, since S3 folders don't have permissions
- S3: Added ability to "Apply to enclosed items" for Get Info dialog on an S3 folder
- S3: Can now set bucket permissions
- S3: S3 transcripts are now more verbose
- S3: Fixed issues with the "More info..." button in the Preview drawer displaying incorrect information for S3 connections
