Sometimes latest versions of the software can cause issues when installed on older devices or devices running an older version of the operating system.

Software makers usually fix these issues but it can take them some time. What you can do in the meantime is to download and install an older version of ProPresenter 7.11.0.

What's new in this version:

New:
- Create one-of-a-kind Presentations with Background Effects by blurring or inverting the content coming from the background media or video input
- Support of macOS 13 Ventura

Improved:
- With the updated Theme View, get a better glance at all of your Themes and apply them quickly and efficiently for your Presentations all in one convenient tab
- Add Media Actions to Theme Slides. Themes can now be made with Background Media in mind and applied with your Theme.

Changed:
- A Slide's background color now appears on the Presentation Layer, above the Media and Video Input layers. Foreground Media will ignore the slide background colo.

Fixed:
- an issue where Media would freeze at the start of the video after triggering
- an issue where the Editor window was not sized correctly for some standard Mac displays
- an issue where MPEG4 videos would show as pixelated on playback
- an issue where Media set to “Stop” would not re-trigger
- an issue where Media triggered in a timeline would not resume playing after being stopped
- an issue where Web Fills would sometimes not render
- an issue where changing the Audio Source on a Video Input would cause distorted audio playback
- an issue where the Presentation time in the Presentation Header was not reflective of the total Slideshow time
- an issue where certain changes made to Media or Audio Actions in a timeline are not immediately implemented upon playback
- an issue where Countdown Timers would skip seconds on M1 machines
- an issue where some Presentation added from Quick Search to a Playlist would not always save
- an issue where MultiTracks Chord items would appear as cropped on the Stage Screen
- a crash caused by right-clicking in a Presentation with no slides selected and “Slides by group” is enabled
