What's new in this version:

- New item fields and creator types
- DOI for every item type
- PMID and PMCID for journal articles
- Original Place, Original Publisher, and Original Date for books
- Publisher and Place for webpages and journal/newspaper/magazine articles
- Place for multiple types
- Creator (equivalent to Author) for multiple types

Fixed:
- Fixed broken citation dialog after a chosen style was renamed
- Fixed ebook hyphenation setting not applying when reader opens
- Fixed a bug that could cause some plugin preferences to be lost when disabling the plugin
