What's new in this version:

Bug Fixes:
- Wireshark stops showing new packets but dumpcap keeps writing them to the temp file.
- Wireshark 1.10.4 shuts down when promiscuous mode is unchecked.
- Homeplug dissector bug: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION: dissector accessed an invalid memory address.

Updated Protocol Support:
- GSM BSSMAP, GSM BSSMAP LE, GSM SMS, Homeplug, NAS-EPS, and SGSAP

Known Problems:
- Dumpcap might not quit if Wireshark or TShark crashes.
- The BER dissector might infinitely loop.
- Capture filters aren’t applied when capturing from named pipes.
- Filtering tshark captures with read filters (-R) no longer works.
- Resolving (Bug 9044) reopens (Bug 3528) so that Wireshark no longer automatically decodes gzip data when following a TCP stream.
- Application crash when changing real-time option.
- Hex pane display issue after startup.
- Packet list rows are oversized.
- Summary pane selected frame highlighting not maintained.
- Wireshark and TShark will display incorrect delta times in some cases.
