Fixed:
- (Commercials) Commercials were not being removed from live-TV recordings
- (Credit Detection) Process was timing out on large files
- (Credit Detection) Transcoder update caused credit detection to fail.
- (EAC3) Only 4 channels were detected on 7.1 channel EAC3 tracks
- (Library) Server could crash when matching music
- (Library) Upgrading legacy agents set to Arabic language would fail
- (Live TV) Addressed issue using the aac_latm audio codec on live tv streams

- (Transcoder) Transcoding would fall back to SW when transcoding a HDR file and the client supports 10 bit output but not HDR
- (Transcoding) Transcoding of EAC3 files would sometimes fail on HLS streams
- (Voice Activity) Detection could fail in some instances
