- Tweaked/fine tuned several presets for HEVC
- GOP multiplier is now correctly saved in user presets

- Options 'CPU used’ and 'Noise sensitivity' (VP8) are now saved in user presets
- Removed some workarounds needed for older FFmpeg versions
