What's new in this version:

- Fixed a bug that could prevent Default Folder X from launching correctly
- File dialog sizes will always be forced to their previous sizes on macOS 11.1 to work around a bug in Big Sur
- Default Folder X is smarter about when it needs to hide its toolbar when you navigate and resize file dialogs
- Items will be removed from the Drag Zone and Finder drawer if the corresponding file or folder is deleted
- Workarounds to restore the size of file dialogs now also restore the width of the left sidebar in Big Sur
- Fixed problems with Default Folder X not enhancing Save As dialogs in Photoshop and Save As PDF dialogs when printing. This will also fix missing Default Folder X controls on other file dialogs whose default sizes are too small to display the list of files
- Corrected situations where Default Folder X would mistakenly think that some application windows were file dialogs when running under Big Sur. This affected NeoFinder and Notability
- Fixed a bug that could cause Default Folder X to mistakenly hide its controls if you rapidly open, close and then reopen a file dialog
- Addressed problems with the cursor disappearing in file dialogs on Big Sur
