What's new in this version:

Default media path:
- do not create default path unless it being written to
- allow overriding via default_media_path= in reaper.ini
- use correct localized Documents directory on macOS for 'REAPER Media'
- use 'REAPER Media' subdirectory for portable installs 

Grid:
- fix swing snap with offscreen linear tempo changes
- snap to grid at any distance obeys grid snap when very zoomed in (previously allowed unsnapped modification at 25% of view size) 

MIDI editor:
- improve behavior when creating note via drag using 'Insert note, drag to move' mouse modifier
- improve click vs drag detection for very fast drags
- improve X-scroll behavior via mousewheel or using scrollbar buttons 

Mixer:
- alt+shift/alt+ctrl+shift click on FX/sends toggles bypass/mute for that slot on all selected tracks/all visible tracks
- fix possible display glitches with master track metering 

ReaScript:
- extend gfx_setcursor to support base64:xyz cursor strings (base64 .cur files up to 8kb in length)
- fix issues with GetSetTrackSendInfo/RemoveTrackSend APIs (7.75 regression) 

Sample edits:
- hide sample edits when item has forced spectrogram view
- fix actions to delete all sample edits 

Windows:
- fix apply button behavior in audio device configuration
- fix unicode localization for MIDI quantize grid size 

Actions window:
- don't show full path for ReaScripts in the default path 

Batch converter:
- support pasting converter settings from clipboard 

Default themes:
- change marquee fill blend mode, to prevent performance cost during marquee drag preview 

MIDI quantize:
- constrain output to source length 

Regions:
- add mouse modifier checkbox to move edit cursor to region start when clicking body of region 

Render:
- in HTML render statistics, highlight region/marker when hovering with the mouse, hide region/marker lines otherwise 

Screensets:
- include mixer scroll position in track view screensets when 'Track scroll positions' checked 

Secondary record path:
- allow relative paths 

Sends:
- when drag/drop creating sends to FX in sidechain mode, automatically disable MIDI send 

Track panels:
- default secondary panel size to non-hidden for new installs 

Track templates:
- importing template via file-browsing respects insert-at-end preference 

View menu:
- add 'Track Panels' menu item
