What's new in this version:

New:
- Support for basic adblock (issue 469), allowing the browser to block many nuisance ads, tracking scripts, cryptominers, adblocker-blockers and other JavaScript-based malware without an add-on. This reduces memory usage, improves browser performance and enhances your privacy and security. If you are using an adblocker add-on, you can continue to do so for additional protection, or disable and remove the add-on and use basic adblock by itself for improved performance. Basic adblock is not enabled by default and is not intended to comprehensively block all advertising content. Read more about how TenFourFox basic adblock works
- Re-tuned garbage and cycle collection intervals for improved performance
- Additional DOM and JavaScript feature support
- Additional HTTPS/TLS cipher support (issue 480, issue 489), improving connection security and fixing Amtrak and certain other sites
- Multiple improvements to HTML, CSS, DOM and JavaScript standards compliance and performance

Fixed:
- All relevant security and stability fixes from Firefox ESR 52.8.0
- A regression causing crashes in complex JavaScript sites has been repaired (issue 495). This bug was first introduced in FPR6
- A bug in DOM keyboard events support was repaired (issue 497), restoring keypress detection for certain sites and JavaScript applications
- Updated user agent strings for current versions of iOS, Firefox ESR and Android
- Favicons from certain sites such as SourceForge no longer corrupt the Bookmarks and History menus (issue 484). Note that these otherwise unrenderable icons now simply appear blank
- Improved performance and additional fonts added to the ATSUI font blacklist, fixing Nerdwallet
- RC4 ciphers and SPDY/3.1 are now officially deprecated and disabled by default, and they may be completely removed in a future version of the browser
