- Improvements on the "Perform essential system maintenance" procedure
- Addresses an critical issue where Cocktail could not be launched on macOS Sonoma 14.5 or later
- Cocktail now clears .tracev3 files when clearing Apple System logs and diagnostic messages
- Fixed compatibility issues with VMware Fusion Pro 13
- Improvements on the "Clear iOS backups and software updates" procedure
- Fixed a problem where the application could quit unexpectedly when communication with an external utility was stopped while that utility was sending data
- Communication with some components of macOS could sometimes be misinterpreted as alleged hang of the application. To avoid this, some user interface elements have been changed over to asynchronous behavior
- Check for correct communication with the security components was modified in order not to cause error messages when the application was launched under overload conditions
- Addresses an issue in which Cocktail may crash when clearing boot caches
- Fixed an issue which could result in unexpected program termination after thinning or deleting local Time Machine snapshots
- This version detects additional situations in the operating environment that can cause communication with system services to fail
- Improvements on the "Clear Content caches" procedure
- Improvements on the "Clear Icon Services caches" procedure
- In order to avoid unintentional selection of some options by mouse clicks resulting from window reordering, the empty spaces behind option texts have been made unsensitive to clicks
- Fixed a problem where some lines of the Activity Log could be damaged
- Resolves a number of other issues discovered in the previous release
