Software makers usually fix these issues but it can take them some time. What you can do in the meantime is to download and install an older version of BetterTouchTool 0.988.

What's new in this version:

- Various fixes and workarounds for OS X 10.9 Mavericks, e.g., to fix freezing, scrolling, and swiping issues.
- System three-finger swipes can no longer be blocked by BTT on OS X 10.9 Mavericks. Please disable them in your System Preferences when configuring three-finger swipes in BTT.
- Added a predefined action "IF Possible Switch to Hovered App in Dock", which can be useful when chained before another action. For example when chained before the "application expose" action, BTT will first activate the app in the Dock that is currently being hovered, and then execute the application expose action on it. If the mouse cursor isn't hovering an app in the Dock, the action will do nothing and the standard application expose action is triggered.
