Simply navigate through the apps Tabs (Maintenance, Installation, Unpacker, Ketx Info and Loaded) and access tools for managing your kexts. This includes rebuilding and repairing kext permissions and rebuilding the cache (with support for target drive). You can easily unpack and see the architecture and dependencies of each kexts, install them and more. The last tab (Loaded) showcases the list of every kernel extension that is currently active on your MacOS. The list can be exported to the text file if you wish.
